Common use of Execution of Certain Documents Clause in Contracts

Execution of Certain Documents. Lessee, Owner Participant, Owner Trustee and Mortgagee each agree to execute any document necessary or advisable to implement this Section 11 (including, without limitation, the execution, delivery and/or provision of any appropriate additional or modified amendment, representation, warranty, certificate, opinion or other document that may reasonably be requested by Lessee or any other person).
