Common use of Execution of Chuanglian Employment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Execution of Chuanglian Employment Agreement. The Executive shall upon request of the Company execute an employment agreement with Chuanglian or any other direct or indirect subsidiary of the Company (in each case, a "Subsidiary Employment Agreement") in accordance with PRC laws and regulations, in the form substantially identical to this Agreement except for adjustments or alterations required to comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the PRC.
