Execution of Co-Development Sample Clauses

Execution of Co-Development and Co-Commercialization Agreement. On a Program-by-Program basis, upon execution of the applicable Co-Development and Co-Commercialization Agreement for such Program, such Program and matters related thereto shall continue to be within the purview of the applicable Committee, in accordance with and pursuant to the terms of the applicable Co-Development and Co-Commercialization Agreement.
