EXECUTION OF CONTRACT. 20.1 Depending on the type of service provided, one of the following methods will be employed. The method applicable to this contract will be checked below:
_ a. PURCHASE ORDER, unless otherwise noted.
1. This contract shall consist of a Lancaster County Purchase Order.
2. A copy of the Bidder’s bid response (or referenced bid number) attached and that the same, in all particulars, becomes the contract between the parties hereto: that both parties thereby accept and agree to the terms and conditions of said bid documents.
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT. After the conclusion of negotiations but before the signing of the contract, ADB shall be furnished with the contract as negotiated for approval. Promptly after the contract is signed, ADB shall be furnished with three copies of the signed contract. If any substantial amendment of the contract is proposed after its execution, the proposed changes shall be submitted to ADB for prior approval.
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT a. The bidder to whom the award is made shall execute a formal contract and bond within twenty days after date of official notice of the award of the contract.
b. If the successful bidder fails to execute the required contract and bond, as aforesaid, within twenty days after the date of official notice of the award of the contract, his proposal guaranty shall immediately become forfeited as liquidated damages. Award will then be made to the next lowest qualified bidder of the work or re-advertised, as the Agency may decide.
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT. The parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed in triplicate this day of 20 .
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT. The successful bidder shall sign (execute) the necessary agreements for entering into the contract and return such signed contract to the Owner, along with the fully executed surety bond or bonds specified in the subsection titled REQUIREMENTS OF CONTRACT BONDS of this section within ten (10) calendar days. If the contract is mailed, special handling is recommended.
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT. The bid as submitted, including the documents specified in Section 103.06(a), shall be a part of the Contract upon submittal of the Loudoun County payment and performance bonds and proof of the insurance requirements in 103.06(e) and the final execution by the County. After the County has recommended the bid for award the apparent low bidder shall be required to sign and return the Owner – Contractor Agreement to the County Purchasing Agent. Failure to sign and return the Owner – Contractor Agreement will result in forfeiture of the proposal guarantee (bid bond). If the Contract is not awarded within the time limit specified in IFB Section 18.5, the bidder may withdraw his bid without penalty or prejudice unless the time limit is extended by mutual consent. No Contract shall be considered effective until it has been fully executed by all parties.
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT. Vendor shall not commence providing Services and/or Products under this Agreement until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the District that it has secured all insurance required under this section and Exhibit “A”. In addition, Vendor shall not allow any subcontractor to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the District that the subcontractor has secured all insurance required under this section and Exhibit “A”.
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT. The persons executing this Agreement on behalf of each of the Parties hereto represent and warrant that (i) such Party is duly organized and existing, (ii) they are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Agreement on behalf of said Party, (iii) by so executing this Agreement, such Party is formally bound to the provisions of this Agreement, and

EXECUTION OF CONTRACT. This Agreement may be signed in counterparts by each party, and versions of this Agreement transmitted by fax machine or other electronic media, including signatures transmitted electronically or by fax shall be deemed to be originals for all purposes.
