Common use of Execution of Credit Agreement and Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Execution of Credit Agreement and Credit Documents. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of (i) for the account of each Lender that makes a request therefor, a Note, and (ii) a fully-executed counterpart of this Credit Agreement; in each case executed by a duly authorized officer of each party thereto and in each case conforming to the requirements of this Credit Agreement.
