Execution of Credit Documents and Joinders. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of (i) a Joinder Agreement to the Credit Agreement duly executed by a Responsible Officer of each Guarantor, (ii) the Security Agreement, duly executed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower and each Guarantor, (iii) the Pledge Agreement, duly executed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower and each Guarantor and (iv) Notes, to the extent requested by a Lender by written notice delivered to the Borrower at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Funding Date, duly executed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
