Common use of Execution of Documents; Reliance by Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Execution of Documents; Reliance by Third Parties. The execution of any document shall be authorized in accordance with the preceding provisions and the document may be signed by any two of the members of: the Executive Committee and/or the Officers. The preceding sentence notwithstanding, any third party may rely upon any document signed by any two of the members of the Executive Committee and/or the Officers as duly authorized and binding on the Company without any duty of inquiry.
