Execution of Franchise Agreement. Simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Franchise Agreement, FRANCHISEE shall pay to FRANCHISOR the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) or Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500) in the case of any additional franchises). After such payment by FRANCHISEE, such portion of the Initial Franchise Fee shall not be refundable. (2)
