Execution of Further Documents. 55 The Recipient shall do and execute any further things and documents (or procure that the same be done or executed) as may be required by the Government to give full effect to Clauses 27 to 31 and 39 and shall provide all such documents and materials to the Government within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Government’s written request or such longer period as may be agreed by the Government in writing.
