Execution of Further Releases. At any time at or after the Distribution Time, at the request of either Party, the other Party shall cause each other member of its respective Group (and, to the extent practicable, each other Person on whose behalf a release and discharge is granted in Section 4.01(a) or (b)) to execute and deliver releases reflecting the provisions hereof.
