Common use of Execution of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Execution of Guarantee. To evidence the Guarantee, each Guarantor hereby agrees to execute the guarantee substantially in the form set forth in Section 204, to be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee and that this Indenture shall be executed on behalf of each Guarantor by its Chairman of the Board, its President, or one of its Vice Presidents and attested by its Secretary or one of its Assistant Secretaries. The signature of any of these officers on the Securities may be manual or facsimile.

Execution of Guarantee. (a) To evidence the Guarantee, each Guarantor hereby agrees to execute the guarantee substantially in the form set forth in Section 204, to be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee and that this Indenture shall be executed on behalf of each Guarantor by its Chairman of the Board, its President, its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer or one of its Vice Presidents and attested by its Secretary or one of its Assistant SecretariesPresidents. The signature of any of these officers on the Securities may be manual or facsimile.

Execution of Guarantee. To evidence the Guarantee, each Guarantor hereby agrees to execute a notation relating to the guarantee substantially in the form set forth in Section 204, Guarantee to be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee and Term Note. Each Guarantor agrees that this Indenture Agreement shall be executed on behalf of each Guarantor by its Chairman of the Board, its President, its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer or one of its Vice Presidents and Presidents, under its corporate seal reproduced thereon attested by its Secretary or one of its Assistant Secretaries. The signature of any of these officers on the Securities may be manual or facsimile.

Execution of Guarantee. The signature of any of these officers on the Securities may be manual or facsimile.
