Common use of Execution of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Execution of Guarantee. To evidence the Guarantee to the Securityholders specified in Section 2.13, the Guarantor hereby agrees to execute the Guarantees, in substantially the form above recited, to be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee (or the Authenticating Agent). Each such Guarantee shall be signed on behalf of the Guarantor as set forth in Section 2.06 to the authentication of the Security on which it is endorsed and the delivery of such Security by the Trustee (or the Authenticating Agent), after the authentication thereof hereunder, shall constitute due delivery of such Guarantee on behalf of the Guarantor.

Execution of Guarantee. To evidence the Guarantee to the Securityholders Holders specified in Section 2.13this Indenture, the Guarantor hereby agrees to execute the Guarantees, in substantially the form above recitedattached hereto as Annex A or in any other form specified in accordance with Section 301 hereof, to be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee (or the any Authenticating Agent). Each such Guarantee shall be signed on behalf of the Guarantor as set forth in Section 2.06 303 to the authentication of the Security on which it is endorsed and the delivery of such Security by the Trustee (or the any Authenticating Agent), after the authentication thereof hereunder, shall constitute due delivery of such Guarantee on behalf of the Guarantor.

To evidence the Guarantee to the Securityholders specified in Section 2.132.12, the Guarantor hereby agrees to execute the Guarantees, in substantially the form above recited, to be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee (or the Authenticating Agent). Each such Guarantee shall be signed on behalf of the Guarantor as set forth in Section 2.06 2.04 prior to the authentication of the Security on which it is endorsed endorsed, and the delivery of such Security by the Trustee (or the Authenticating Agent), after the authentication thereof hereunder, shall constitute due delivery of such Guarantee on behalf of the Guarantor.

To evidence the Guarantee to the Securityholders specified in Section 2.132.12, the Guarantor hereby agrees to execute the Guarantees, in substantially the form above recited, to be endorsed on each Security authenticated and delivered by the Trustee (or the Authenticating Agent)) which is to be guaranteed by the Guarantor. Each such Guarantee shall be signed on behalf of the Guarantor as set forth in Section 2.06 2.04 prior to the authentication of the Security on which it is endorsed endorsed, and the delivery of such Security by the Trustee (or the Authenticating Agent), after the authentication thereof hereunder, shall constitute due delivery of such Guarantee on behalf of the Guarantor.
