Common use of Execution of Notes and this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Execution of Notes and this Agreement. Company shall have executed and delivered to Agent for the account of each Bank, the Notes and this Agreement (including all schedules, exhibits, certificates, opinions, Financial Statements and other documents to be delivered pursuant hereto), and, as applicable, the other Loan Documents, and such Notes, this Agreement, and the other Loan Documents shall be in full force and effect.

Execution of Notes and this Agreement. Company shall have executed and delivered to Agent for the account of each Bank, the Notes and this Agreement (including all schedules, exhibits, certificates, opinions, Financial Statements and other documents to be delivered pursuant hereto), and, as applicable, the other Loan Documents, and such Notes, this Agreement, and the other Loan Documents shall be in full force and effect.
