Common use of EXECUTION OF OFFER Clause in Contracts

EXECUTION OF OFFER. Proposer must complete, sign and return the attached Execution of Offer (ref. Appendix One, Section 2) as part of its proposal. The Execution of Offer must be signed by a representative of Proposer duly authorized to bind the Proposer to its proposal. Any proposal received without a completed and signed Execution of Offer may be rejected by UNTS, in its sole discretion.
