Execution of Participation Agreement Supplements. Promptly after the execution of a Participation Agreement Supplement by BNPPLC and any Participant, BNPPLC will provide a copy thereof to all other Participants, but the other Participants need not join in or approve the Participation Agreement Supplement for it to be effective.
