Common use of Execution of Power of Attorney Clause in Contracts

Execution of Power of Attorney. Immediately upon execution of this Deed, the Sixth Issuer shall execute and deliver to the Sixth Issuer Security Trustee the power of attorney in or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1. For the avoidance of doubt, the Sixth Issuer Security Trustee confirms that it may only exercise the powers conferred under the power of attorney in the circumstances set out in paragraph 1 of the power of attorney.
