Execution of Sublease; Counterparts. The submission of this Sublease to Subtenant for examination or execution does not constitute a reservation of or option on the Subleased Premises or an offer of Sublandlord to sublease the Subleased Premises. This Sublease shall become effective as a Sublease, and Sublandlord shall become obligated hereunder, only upon the execution and delivery of this Sublease (theretofore executed by Subtenant) by Sublandlord to Subtenant. This Sublease may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original as against the party whose signature is affixed thereto, and which together shall constitute but one and the same agreement.
