Common use of Execution of Supplemental Indentures Clause in Contracts

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In executing, or accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article or the modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Sections 6.1 and 6.3) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture, and that such supplemental indenture has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company and constitutes a valid and legally binding obligation of the Company enforceable against the Company in accordance with its terms. The Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture which affects the Trustee's own rights, duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In As a condition to executing, or accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article VIII or the modifications thereby of the trusts trust created by this Indenture, the Trustee shall will be entitled to receive, and (subject to Sections 6.1 and 6.3Section 501) shall will be fully protected in relying upon, an Officers’ Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel stating to the effect that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture, Indenture and that such supplemental indenture has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by by, and is a valid, binding and enforceable obligation of, the Company and constitutes a valid and legally binding obligation of the Company enforceable against the Company in accordance with its termsCompany, subject to customary exceptions. The Trustee may, but shall will not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture which affects the Trustee's ’s own rights, duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

The Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture which affects the Trustee's ’s own rights, duties duties, liabilities or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

The Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture which affects the Trustee's own rights, duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In As a condition to executing, or accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article or the modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Sections 6.1 and 6.3Section 315 of the Trust Indenture Act) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture, Indenture and that such supplemental indenture has been duly authorizedindenture, when executed and delivered by the Company and constitutes Company, will constitute a valid and legally binding obligation of the Company enforceable against the Company in accordance with its terms.
