Common use of Execution of Supplemental Indentures Clause in Contracts

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In executing, or accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article or the modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Sections 6.1 and 6.3) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture which affects the Trustee’s own rights, duties, immunities or liabilities under this Indenture or otherwise.

The Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture which affects the Trustee’s 's own rights, duties, duties or immunities or liabilities under this Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In executing, or accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article or the modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Sections 6.1 and 6.3Section 602 hereof) shall be fully protected in relying upon, upon an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In executing, or accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article or the modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Trustee shall be entitled to receivegiven, and (subject to Sections 6.1 and 6.3Section 6.01) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Officer’s Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture which affects the Trustee’s own rights, duties, duties or immunities or liabilities under this Indenture or otherwise; provided that the Trustee shall enter into and execute all other supplemental indentures which satisfy all applicable conditions under this Article IX.

No supplemental indenture shall modify this Section 903 without the prior consent of the Trustee.

The Bond Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture which that affects the Bond Trustee’s 's own rights, duties, liabilities or immunities or liabilities under this Indenture or otherwise.. 59 54

In As a condition to executing, or accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article or the modifications thereby of the trusts trust created by this Indenture, the Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Sections 6.1 and 6.3Section 315 of the Trust Indenture Act) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture which affects the Trustee’s 's own rights, duties, duties or immunities or liabilities under this Indenture or otherwise.
