Execution of Supplemental Lease Agreements. In executing or consenting to any Supplemental Lease Agreement permitted by this Article, the Issuer and the Bond Trustee shall receive, and, subject to Section 801 of the Bond Indenture, shall be fully protected and may conclusively rely upon, an Opinion of Bond Counsel addressed to the Bond Trustee and the Issuer stating that the execution of such Supplemental Lease Agreement is authorized or permitted by this Lease Agreement and the Act. The Bond Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, consent to any such Supplemental Lease Agreement which affects the Bond Trustee’s own rights, duties or immunities under this Lease Agreement or otherwise.
