EXECUTION OF THE SERIES SUPPLEMENT. The Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and subject to Sections 6.1 and 6.2, shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel (and, if requested, an Officer's Certificate) stating that the execution of the Series Supplement is authorized or permitted by this Indenture.
