Execution of Transaction Documents; Direction to Indenture Trustee. The Owner Trustee is authorized and directed, on behalf of the Issuer, to (i) execute and deliver the Transaction Documents to which the Issuer is a party and the other documents required to be delivered on the Closing Date by the Issuer under the Transaction Documents and (ii) direct the Indenture Trustee to authenticate and deliver the Notes.
