Typographical Officer and other minor errors may be imprinted or defects in any such reproduction otherwise reproduced on the Warrant Certificates and for that purpose the Company may adopt and use the facsimile signature of any such signature Person who shall not affect have been an Officer, notwithstanding the validity or enforceability of any Warrant Certificate fact that has been duly countersigned and delivered by at the time the Warrant AgentCertificates shall be delivered or disposed of he shall have ceased to hold such office. In case any officer Officer of the Company who shall have signed any of the Warrant Certificates shall cease to be such officer Officer before the Warrant Certificate Certificates so signed shall be countersigned and have been delivered by the Warrant Agent or disposed of by the Company, such Warrant Certificate Certificates nevertheless may shall be countersigned and delivered or disposed of as though the person who signed such Warrant Certificate Person had not ceased to be such officer Officer of the Company; and any Warrant Certificate may be signed on behalf of the Company by such persons as, at the actual date of the execution of such Warrant Certificate, shall be the proper officers of the Company, although at the date of the execution and delivery of this Agreement any such person was not such an officer.
