EXECUTION OF WORK. In connection with the services covered by this Agreement, the Seller agrees to execute the work using the method or plan for performance agreed to during negotiations concerning the performer of the work (i.e., Seller personnel or subcontractors or outside associates or consultants). The Seller shall obtain the Subcontract Administrator’s written consent before making changes in the method or plan for performance proposed and agreed to during negotiations concerning the performer of the work.
EXECUTION OF WORK. Any persons who carry out work on the company premises in performance of the contract must observe the applicable company regulations. We accept no responsibility for any accidents that occur to these persons on said premises unless they are caused by intentional or grossly negligent dereliction of duty on the part of our statutory representatives or vicarious agents.
EXECUTION OF WORK. All the Works shall be executed in strict conformity with the provisions of the CONTRACT Documents and with such explanatory detailed drawings, specification and instructions as may be furnished from time to time to the CONTRACTOR by the ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE whether mentioned in the CONTRACT or not. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for ensuring that works throughout are executed in the most substantial, proper and workmanlike manner with the quality of material and workmanship in strict accordance with the SPECIFICATIONS and to the entire satisfaction of the ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE. The CONTRACTOR shall provide all necessary materials equipment labour etc. for execution and maintenance of WORK till completion unless otherwise mentioned in the CONTRACT.
EXECUTION OF WORK. All the works shall be executed in strict conformity with the provisions of the contract documents and with such explanatory details, drawings, specifications and instructions as may be furnished from time to time to the Contractor by the Engineer-in-Charge/ Site- in-Charge, whether mentioned in the Contract or not. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that works throughout are executed in the most proper and xxxxxxx- like manner with the quality of material and workmanship in strict accordance with the specifications and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge/Site-in-Charge. The completion of work may entail working in monsoon also. The contractor must maintain the necessary work force as may be required during monsoon and plan to execute the job in such a way the entire project is completed within the contracted time schedule. No extra charges shall be payable for such work during monsoon. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to keep the construction work site free from water during and off the monsoon period at his own cost and expenses. For working on Sundays/Holidays, the contractor shall obtain the necessary permission from Engineer Incharge/Site Incharge in advance. The contractor shall be permitted to work beyond the normal hours with prior approval of Engineer-In-Charge/Site-In-Charge and the contractors quoted rate is inclusive of all such extended hours of working and no extra amount shall be payable by the owner on this account.
EXECUTION OF WORK. Work shall be executed in conformity with those instructions, drawings and/or specifications and CONTRACTOR shall do no work without proper instructions, drawings and specifications.

The Engineer-in-Charge will communicate or confirm his instruction to the contractor in respect of the execution of the work in a “WORK SITE ORDER BOOK “maintained at his office and the contractor shall visit this office, daily and shall conform receipt of such instructions by signing the relevant entries in this book. Such entries will rank as order notices in writing within the intent and meaning of these conditions.

EXECUTION OF WORK a) The work shall be carried out in conformity with Architectural, HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, Structural, and other specializedservices.
b) The Concessionaire shall make provision for hangers, sleeves, structural openings and other requirements well in advance to prevent hold up of progress of construction programme.
c) On award of the concession, the Concessionaire shall submit a programme of construction in the form of a PERT chart or bar chart for approval of the Independent Engineer. All the dates and time Chapter agreed upon shall be strictly adhered to, within the stipulated time of completion / commissioning along with the specified phasing, if any.
EXECUTION OF WORK. 1. Persons carrying out work on the Supplier’s premises to fulfil a contract for the Customer shall comply with the working regulations stipulated by the Supplier. Regulations governing entering and leaving the premises must be complied with. The Customer bears full liability for all damage caused by such persons when carrying out their activities for the Customer. The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Supplier and in particular his managers, employees and authorised agents, against any liability for damage that occurs to said persons on the Supplier’s premises.
