SUBCONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS. If the Contractor is unable to fulfil its obligations under the Framework Agreement, the Purchaser may request that the subcontractor continues its fulfilment of the agreement with the Contractor. In such cases the Purchaser guarantees for the Contractor's obligations pursuant to the contract between the Contractor and the subcontractor. The Contractor undertakes to ensure this in the contract with the subcontractor(s). This provision does not exempt the Contractor as a contracting party, from its contractual obligations under the Framework Agreement.
SUBCONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS. 5.1. Existing Site Conditions. Subcontractor acknowledges that it has investigated and understands the conditions affecting the Work and the Contract Documents, and has found no errors, omissions, or conflicts amongst them. The failure by Subcontractor to raise any issue with any of the foregoing before commencing the Work shall constitute a waiver of Subcontractor's right to any additional compensation and/or additional time based on any such issue.
SUBCONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS. The Subcontractor shall and will, in good workmanlike manner, do and perform all work and furnish all supplies and materials, machinery, equipment, facilities and means, except as herein otherwise expressly specified, necessary or proper to perform and complete all the work required by this Subcontract, within the time herein specified, in accordance with the provisions of this Subcontract and said specifications and in accordance with the plans and drawings covered by this Subcontract any and all supplemental plans and drawings, and in accordance with the directions of the Prime Contractor and/or Architect/Engineer as given from time to time during the progress of the work. He shall furnish, erect, maintain and remove such construction plant and such temporary works as may be required. The Subcontractor shall observe, comply with, and be subject to all terms, conditions, requirements and limitations of the Subcontract and specifications, and shall do, carryon and complete the entire work to the satisfaction of the Prime Contractor, Architect/Engineer and the Owner.

SUBCONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS. 5.1 Independent Contractor: SUBCONTRACTOR shall be deemed to be an independent contractor, with the authority and right to direct and control all of the details of the work. Any suggestions, advice or directions given by VIEW or its employees to SUBCONTRACTOR or its employees shall in no way establish or be evidence of an intent to create a master/servant or principal/agent relationship between VIEW and SUBCONTRACTOR.
SUBCONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS. Subcontractor agrees that the Confidential Information is to be considered confidential and proprietary to District and Subcontractor shall hold the same in confidence, shall not use the Confidential Information for other than for the purposes of preparing a quote, proposal, or bid for the District or Bidder or fulfilling contractual obligations with the District or Bidder, and shall disclose it only to its officers, directors, employees or subcontractors who have a specific need to know. Subcontractor will not disclose, publish, redistribute, modify, or otherwise reveal any of the Confidential Information received from District to any other party whatsoever except with the specific prior written authorization of District. Prior to disclosing any Confidential Information to a second- or lower tier subcontractor (Second Tier), Subcontractor shall have Second Tiers sign a similar Confidentiality Agreement protecting District’s Confidential Information from disclosure. Confidential Information furnished in tangible form shall not be duplicated by Subcontractor except for purposes of its business with the District. Upon conclusion of Subcontractor’s business with the District and Bidder, all tangible Confidential Information shall be destroyed.
SUBCONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS. 13.1. Subcontractor shall keep at the jobsite during Subcontractor's entire performance of the Work described herein, a competent superintendent and any necessary assistants, all satisfactory to Contractor Any superintendent unsatisfactory to Contractor shall promptly be replaced. The superintendent shall represent the Subcontractor and all directions given to him/her shall be as binding as if given to the Subcontractor.
SUBCONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS. 1. Subcontractor is obliged to perform the work well and soundly and in accordance with the provisions of the agreement. He shall carry out the work in such a way that damage to persons, goods or the environment is minimized as a result.
