Common use of Execution Price Clause in Contracts

Execution Price. Because of the rapid changes in the market conditions, you do not guarantee that an Instruction may be executed in full or the prices quoted at any specific time and I/we will be bound by such execution. I/ We further acknowledge that due to the trading practices of the Exchanges or other markets in which transactions are executed, it may not always be able to execute orders at the prices quoted "at best" or "at market" and I/we agree in any event to be bound by transactions executed by you following instructions given by me/us.
