Executive Acknowledgements. You acknowledge and agree that you have carefully read this entire Agreement and have been given sufficient opportunity to discuss this Agreement with the Company before signing and an adequate opportunity to consult with your lawyer, accountant, tax advisor, spouse and other persons you deem appropriate concerning this Agreement.
