EXECUTIVE ADVANCES. Upon the termination of the Executive's employment pursuant to Sections 11(a), (b), (c), (d), or (e) hereunder, the Executive agrees that all monies that are advanced to the Executive prior to such termination shall be repaid to the Company or the Company shall be entitled to offset such amount against any payments to the Executive as provided for in this Agreement.
