Executive Deferred Compensation Plan. For the year of the Executive's Termination of Employment, the Company will make the contribution to its Executive Deferred Compensation Plan (the "EDC Plan") that it would have made if the Executive had not had a Termination of Employment determined based on the Executive's deferral for such year. At Executive's election, the Company contribution shall be paid to the Executive immediately upon his Termination of Employment.
