Executive Delivered Materials. If Executive delivers materials to Company, its customers, or its potential customers, or authorizes Company to deliver materials to its customers or potential customers, which materials Company will not own as a result of Sections 5 or 7.1 or otherwise, Executive, by this Agreement, grants to Company an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute (internally or externally), and prepare derivative works based on, or authorize others to use, distribute, and prepare derivative works based on, those materials.
