Common use of Executive Officers; Disputes Clause in Contracts

Executive Officers; Disputes. Each Party shall ensure that an executive officer is designated for such Party at all times during the Term for dispute resolution purposes (each such individual, such Party’s “Executive Officer”), and shall promptly notify the other Party of its initial, or any change in its, Executive Officer. Unless otherwise set forth in this Agreement, in the event of a dispute arising under this Agreement between the Parties, the Parties shall refer such dispute to the Executive Officers, who shall attempt in good faith to resolve such dispute.
