As of the Closing Date, the current location of the Seller's chief executive office, principal place of business, other offices, the warehouses and premises within which any Seller Collateral is stored or located, and the locations of its records concerning the Seller Collateral (including originals of the Seller Assigned Agreements) are set forth in Schedule 4.01(b) and none of such locations has changed within the past 12 months (or such shorter time as the Seller has been in existence). During the prior five years (or such shorter time as the Seller has been in existence), except as set forth in Schedule 4.01(b), the Seller has not been known as or used any corporate, fictitious or trade name. In addition, Schedule 4.01(b) lists the organizational identification number issued by Seller's state of organization or states that no such number has been issued and lists the federal employer identification number of the Seller.
