Executive Offices; Collateral Locations; Corporate or Other Names. As of the Effective Date, the current locations of each Credit Party’s executive office and all warehouses and premises within which any Collateral is stored or located are set forth in Schedule 3.2 and, except as set forth in Schedule 3.2, such locations have not changed during the preceding twelve months. In addition, Schedule 3.2 lists the federal employer identification number of each Credit Party.
