Executive Offices; Corporate or Other Names. The full legal name of and jurisdiction of organization of each Credit Party and each of its Subsidiaries is set forth on Disclosure Schedule (3.2). The location of each Credit Party’s chief executive office, corporate offices, warehouses, other locations of Collateral and locations where records with respect to Collateral are kept (including in each case the county of such locations) are as set forth in Disclosure Schedule (3.2) and, except as set forth in such Disclosure Schedule, such locations have not changed during the preceding twelve (12) months. As of the Closing Date, during the prior five years, except as set forth in Disclosure Schedule (3.2), no Credit Party has been known as or conducted business in any other name (including trade or business names). Disclosure Schedule (3.2) also sets forth the corporate organizational chart of the Credit Parties as of the Closing Date.
