Executive Offices. Pledgor shall not change (i) its limited partnership existence whether by merger, consolidation or otherwise, or (ii) its name, in any case, unless it shall have given Mezzanine Lender at least thirty (30) days prior written notice thereof. Under no circumstances shall Pledgor change its state of formation.
