Executive Order 13224; OFAC. No Borrower Party or any Person with which a Borrower Party is associated or affiliated is (i) referred to or described in Executive Order 13224 (Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions with Persons Who Commit, Threaten to Commit or Support Terrorism, as amended) or (ii) subject to any U.S. sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Treasury Department. Borrower will not use any Loan proceeds in violation of any U.S. sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Treasury Department.
