Common use of Executive Order 2011-12K Compliance Clause in Contracts

Executive Order 2011-12K Compliance. The Service Provider affirms it has read and understands Executive Order 2011-12K and will abide by those requirements in the performance of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other Terms of this Agreement, the State reserves the right to recover any funds paid for Services the Service Provider performs outside of the United States for which it did not receive a waiver. The State does not waive any other rights or remedies provided the State in this Agreement. The Service Provider agrees to complete the attached Executive Order 2011-12K Affirmation and Disclosure Form, which is incorporated and becomes a part of this Agreement.
