Executive Remedy Sample Clauses

Executive Remedy. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that the payments and rights provided under Section 3 of this Agreement are fair and reasonable, and are the Executive’s sole and exclusive remedy, in lieu of all other remedies at law or in equity, for termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company upon exercise of its Termination Right pursuant to this Agreement or upon a Termination for Good Reason.

Executive Remedy. The Executive shall be under no obligation to seek other employment or other engagement of the Executive’s services.
