Common use of Executive Representations Clause in Contracts

Executive Representations. Executive hereby represents that he is not subject to any contract or other restriction that would prevent, or in any way interfere with, his accepting employment with the Company and performing any or all of Executive’s duties contemplated pursuant to this Agreement. Executive further acknowledges that the Company has directed him to not misappropriate any confidential information or trade secrets from any prior employer or third party for use in the performance of his duties with the Company.

Executive Representations. The Executive hereby represents and warrants to the Company that he is not subject a party to any contract other agreement or other restriction that understanding, whether of employment or otherwise, which would prevent, or in any way interfere with, his accepting employment restrict or prohibit him from undertaking or performing the duties and obligations provided for herein in accordance with the Company terms and performing any or all conditions of Executive’s duties contemplated pursuant to this Agreement. Executive further acknowledges that the Company has directed him to not misappropriate any confidential information or trade secrets from any prior employer or third party for use in the performance of his duties with the Company.

Executive further acknowledges that the Company has directed him to not misappropriate any confidential information or trade secrets from any prior employer or third party for use in the performance of his duties with be employed by the Company.
