Good response from students to idea of bringing a nail salon on campus. End of term shoreline cleanup will be planned. • Carina: Working on proposal to bring aerospace textbooks on campus. Had food truck come to campus; despite the weather the turnout was large. Will be working to bring further food opportunities and options on campus. • Xxxx: Clothing Drive is to be held on 2019-03-20; drop off for clothing will be the week before. Set Rep restructuring is coming along, should have a proper proposal in a month or so. Garbage bins around campus now have a tray attached to them for refundable containers to be placed in instead of thrown out. The refunds collected go into a fund for students; working on marketing for this. • Xxxxxx X.: First Sun Run training practise is this weekend. • Xxxxx: Health Sciences Centre Committee met with architects two weeks ago to discuss informal learning spaces; will meet again next month. Student-led holistic wellness program working to determine student needs. Proposed mixer for health science students and faculty during orientation week. Xxx: IxL conference registration is open, with 203 students and alumni currently registered. Registration will close at the end of the week; only 47 spots remain. • Xxxxx: Looking at bringing xxxxxx on campus tentatively in April. Promotions will follow later when details confirmed. • Xxxxxxxxx: Burnaby South By-Election debate was cancelled due to school closure. Had a voting station on campus on 2019-02-25; Xxxxxxx Xxxxx visited. Looking to operationalize these types of events to ensure continuity in future years. The Executive Meetings shall be in addition to the JSC meetings set forth above. At each Executive Meeting that occurs, NanoString shall also provide Xxx with a non-confidential update regarding NanoString’s business activities, which shall comprise information generally made available to NanoString’s shareholders.   • Schedule Updates the Contractor agrees to maintain the Work duration schedule updates on an ongoing basis and, when the County requests it, include the updates in its payment request. The Contractor may be required to submit a narrative report with each monthly update which shall include a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective action taken or proposed. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the Contract. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedules shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and Contractor agrees not to charge the County.

  • Updates “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.

  • Disclosure Updates Promptly and in no event later than 5 Business Days after obtaining knowledge thereof, notify Agent if any written information, exhibit, or report furnished to the Lender Group contained, at the time it was furnished, any untrue statement of a material fact or omitted to state any material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading in light of the circumstances in which made. The foregoing to the contrary notwithstanding, any notification pursuant to the foregoing provision will not cure or remedy the effect of the prior untrue statement of a material fact or omission of any material fact nor shall any such notification have the effect of amending or modifying this Agreement or any of the Schedules hereto.

  • Compensation for Providing Information The Party requesting information agrees to reimburse the other Party for the reasonable costs, if any, of creating, gathering, copying, transporting and otherwise complying with the request with respect to such information (including any reasonable costs and expenses incurred in any review of information for purposes of protecting the Privileged Information of the providing Party or in connection with the restoration of backup media for purposes of providing the requested information). Except as may be otherwise specifically provided elsewhere in this Agreement, any Ancillary Agreement or any other agreement between the Parties, such costs shall be computed in accordance with the providing Party’s standard methodology and procedures.

  • Information Updates During the term of this Agreement the Trust shall have the ongoing obligation to provide UMBFS with the following documents as soon as they become effective: (i) certified copies of all amendments to its Declaration of Trust and By-laws made after the date of this Agreement; and (ii) a copy of each Fund’s currently effective Prospectus. For purposes of this Agreement, UMBFS shall not be deemed to have notice of any information contained in any such Prospectus until a reasonable time after it is actually received by UMBFS.

  • Return of Materials at Termination In the event of any termination or cessation of his employment with Employer for any reason, Employee shall promptly deliver to Employer all documents, data and other information derived from or otherwise pertaining to Confidential Information. Employee shall not take or retain any documents or other information, or any reproduction or excerpt thereof, containing any Confidential Information.

  • Delivery of Materials upon Termination of Employment As requested by the Company from time to time and upon the termination of Executive's employment with the Company for any reason, Executive shall promptly deliver to the Company all copies and embodiments, in whatever form, of all Confidential Information and Intellectual Property in Executive's possession or within his control (including, but not limited to, written records, notes, photographs, manuals, notebooks, documentation, program listings, flow charts, magnetic media, disks, diskettes, tapes and all other materials containing any Confidential Information or Intellectual Property) irrespective of the location or form of such material and, if requested by the Company, shall provide the Company with written confirmation that all such materials have been delivered to the Company.

  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Deposit Updates Unless otherwise provided by the license agreement, Depositor shall update the deposit materials within 60 days of each release of a new version of the product which is subject to the license agreement. Such updates will be added to the existing deposit. All deposit updates shall be listed on a new Exhibit B and the new Exhibit B shall be signed by Depositor. Each Exhibit B will be held and maintained separately within the escrow account. An independent record will be created which will document the activity for each Exhibit B. The processing of all deposit updates shall be in accordance with Sections 1.2 through 1.6 above. All references in this Agreement to the deposit materials shall include the initial deposit materials and any updates.

  • Service Providing Methodology 1.3.1 Party A and Party B agree that during the term of this Agreement, where necessary, Party B may enter into further service agreements with Party A or any other party designated by Party A, which shall provide the specific contents, manner, personnel, and fees for the specific services.
