Executive Vice President. The Executive Vice-President shall be the senior Vice-President of the Company and he shall be subordinate only to the President. In the absence or disability of the President, he shall perform all duties of that office. If the President is not a full-time employee of the Company, the Executive Vice-President is designated as the principal (chief) executive officer of the Company. He shall perform such other specific duties as from time to time shall be delegated to him by the President or the Member.
Executive Vice President. The Executive Vice Presidents in the order of their seniority, unless otherwise determined by the Board of Directors, shall, in the absence or disability of the President, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President. They shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors may from time to time prescribe.
