President. Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Trustees. Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall be the chief executive officer.
President. The President shall be the chief executive officer of the Company and shall, subject to the control of the Board, have general supervision, direction and control of the business affairs of the Company. Unless otherwise ordered by the Board, the President shall have full power and authority on behalf of the Company to attend, act and vote in person or by proxy at any meetings of shareholders of any corporation in which the Company may hold stock, and at any such meeting shall hold and may exercise all rights incident to the ownership of such stock which the Company, as owner, would have had and could have exercised if present. The Board may confer like powers on any other person or persons.
