Common use of Executive’s Representation Clause in Contracts

Executive’s Representation. The Executive represents and warrants that he or he has not assigned any claim that he or he purports to release hereunder and that he or he has the full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and bind each of the persons and entities that the Executive purports to bind. The Executive further represents and warrants that he or he is bound by, and agrees to remain bound by, the Executive’s post-employment obligations set forth in the Employment Agreement.
