The Executive shall not, without the Company’s prior written consent, at any time, directly or indirectly, for a period of three (3) years following the Effective Date: (i) use any Confidential Information for any purpose; or (ii) disclose or otherwise communicate any Confidential Information to any person or entity without the Company’s prior written consent.
