Executive’s Use of Confidential Information. During the Employment Period and for two (2) years after the expiration or termination of the Employment Period, for any reason or for no reason (and regardless of who is the terminating party), Executive shall not, without the prior written consent of the Bank, except as is necessary for Executive to perform Executive’s duties on behalf of the Bank, directly or indirectly, use, publish, disseminate, distribute, or otherwise disclose any of the Confidential Information to any third party that does not have a confidentiality obligation in writing with any of the Bank Group.
