Common use of Executive's Voluntary Termination Clause in Contracts

Executive's Voluntary Termination. Executive may terminate his ---------------------------------- employment with UGS at any time for any reason whatsoever by giving 60 days' written notice to UGS. Upon Executive giving the requisite notice of his intent to terminate his employment, the Company, at its sole discretion, shall have the option of immediately accepting Executive's resignation.
