Common use of Exemption from Lien Clause in Contracts

Exemption from Lien. Except as set forth in Section 9 hereof, the securities and other assets held by the Custodian hereunder shall not be subject to lien or charge of any kind in favor of the Custodian or any person claiming through the Custodian.
