Exemptions from Subdivision Approval Requirements. The types of subdivisions specified by Government Code Sections 66411, 66412, 66412.1, 66412.2, and 66426.5, or other applicable Act provision as not being subject to the requirements of the Act, and/or not being considered to be divisions of land for the purposes of the Act, are exempt from the subdivision approval requirements.
