Exercisability and Vesting Schedule. As long as the Participant remains continuously employed by the Company or an Affiliate, this Option will vest and may be exercised (in whole or in part) in accordance with the Exercisability and Vesting Schedule set forth on the face of this Grant Agreement, but only for the purchase of whole shares. This Option may not be exercised as to any shares after the Expiration Date.
