Common use of Exercise Amounts Clause in Contracts

Exercise Amounts. Subject to the earlier termination of the right to exercise this Option as provided under this Agreement, including Paragraphs 4.02 and 4.03 above, the Optionee shall be entitled to exercise the amounts of Option Stock, in whole or in part, as set forth in the Vesting Schedule on the Notice of Grant.
